Within Services, we bring senior expertise to unblock critical digital health and applied AI initiatives. We support leadership teams and delivery organizations with strategy, roadmaps, vendor assessment, project leadership and recovery, and hands-on training focused on adoption.

Within Solutions, we deliver turnkey projects with defined scope, deliverables, and KPIs. We design end-to-end processes (for example, digital patient support programs) and implement them with a pragmatic approach: integration with existing systems, change management, operations, and dashboards to measure usage, experience, quality, and efficiency.
Within the Platform pillar, we maintain and evolve our technology stack as the foundation for hybrid care models, remote patient monitoring, and patient support. In addition, we incorporate a Clinical AI Services Hub that enables the integration, consumption, and operation of clinical services and algorithms directly within the care workflow via APIs, with usage control (pay-per-use), traceability, and compliance by design.
